What is the difference between a VPS and a VDS?
On a VPS, CPU resources are shared with other virtual servers on the same physical host, which makes it an economical choice for websites, test environments and small applications. On a VDS, vCPU and RAM are dedicated to you, giving more predictable performance for databases and demanding applications.
How quickly is my server ready?
Once your order is confirmed, the server is provisioned automatically and is usually accessible within a minute. Access details are sent to your email address.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can increase CPU, RAM and disk capacity at any time. Your data is preserved during disk upgrades; CPU and RAM changes require a short reboot.
Are backups included?
Snapshots are available on every plan. Daily automatic backups can be added with the backup option in the calculator. Backups are stored on a storage system separate from your server.
Can you migrate my existing servers?
Yes. Our team migrates your existing servers, websites and databases to Doğa Cloud in a planned way. Contact us through the form to get started.
How does billing work?
Servers are billed monthly or yearly, with a discount for yearly payment. Prices exclude VAT and a company invoice is issued.
